PM Snacks: Kuih KAsuwi + Yogurt MAngga (1)

Dinner :Cencaru Goreng (1/2)+ Daging sup (3pcs)+ Fitness Cereal (1 genggam)+ Choc milk (1cwn)

H20 --> 2.5 liter
